Privacy policy

ArteyuDesign is a brand of ARTEYU LABS. This policy explains what we do with your information.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Our host keeps standard server logs for security.

What we collect when you order

• Your name and email address, from Etsy, Stripe or your email to us
• Your order details and the messages we exchange
• The photo or file you send for your order

Card details are collected by Stripe or Etsy, never by us.

Why

Only to make and deliver your order, answer you, and keep the business records the law requires. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails.

Who else handles it

• Etsy, for portrait orders
• Stripe, for card payments
• Our email provider, which receives your messages and files
• The AI service that assists us in making your order, which processes your photo or file for that order only
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site

How long we keep it

• Your photo or file, and the finished work: deleted 30 days after delivery
• Order and payment records: kept as long as tax law requires

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Email hello@arteyudesign.com.
