Refund policy

Everything we make is made for you, so we keep this short and fair.

Full refund

• We cannot take your order, for example the photo is too small or blurred, or the file is locked or out of scope. We tell you before we start.
• You cancel before we start work.
• We miss the delivery time and you choose to cancel.
• The final file is faulty and we cannot fix it.

After the draft

Once you have a draft, we fix what you ask within your included changes (2 for portraits, one round for makeovers). If the final work does not match what our pages describe and we cannot put it right, we refund you in full.

No refund

Once you have accepted and received the final file, there are no refunds for a change of mind, because the work is made to order.

How to ask

• Portraits: message us through Etsy. Refunds go back through Etsy.
• Makeovers: email hello@arteyudesign.com within 14 days of payment with your receipt. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe; your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
